Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please read this policy carefully before contacting us.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, including the gift box if one was included
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized rings made to your specification
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items damaged by misuse, accident, or improper care

How to Start a Return

Email lvar@tc-gift.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving our confirmation, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size ordered), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees originally paid are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a short description. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, as long as it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the return process above applies.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
