Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Custom or personalized items require 5 to 7 business days of production time before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

  • United States, Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days
  • United States, Expedited Shipping: 5 to 8 business days where available at checkout
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, EU: 10 to 20 business days
  • Rest of world: 15 to 30 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons are outside our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the label is created. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, contact us at lvar@tc-gift.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Free shipping promotions, when active, are shown on the site.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot predict these amounts and cannot reimburse them.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us. If a package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund.
